1 Hour Lesson £40

First Lesson

Your first lesson is a one-hour session so we can make sure we’re a good fit. This gives you time to settle into the car, feel comfortable with my teaching style, and ask any questions you may have.

During this lesson, I’ll get a clear idea of your current driving ability, confidence level, and experience so we can plan the most effective way forward together. There’s no pressure and no expectations — it’s simply about setting the right foundations.

1.5 Hour Lessons

£60

This is the most popular option and works well for the majority of learners. A 1.5-hour lesson gives us enough time to practise skills properly, reflect on what’s gone well, and work on any areas that need improvement without feeling rushed.

These longer sessions allow learning to flow more naturally and help build confidence steadily, especially as driving becomes more complex.

2 Hour Lessons

£80

Two-hour lessons are recommended for learners who are close to test standard, have limited availability, or benefit from extra time in the car. They are also a good option for anyone who experiences test anxiety or needs more time to process information and practise new skills.

Longer lessons allow for deeper focus, realistic test-style driving, and the opportunity to cover multiple scenarios in one session.

Twice Weekly Lessons

For learners who want to build confidence quickly and maintain momentum, I also offer a twice-weekly option.

This involves two one-hour lessons per week at £40 per lesson. Spreading lessons across the week helps keep skills fresh, reduces nerves, and often leads to faster progress.

A Few Things to Know

Lessons are structured, calm, and tailored to you. After every lesson, I provide detailed feedback so you can clearly see your progress and understand what to focus on next. This can also be shared with parents or anyone supporting your private practice.

I believe in fair pricing, honest advice, and helping learners become safe, confident drivers — not just pass a test.

If you’re unsure which option is right for you, I’m always happy to talk it through and help you decide.
